Your current situation no matter how wonderful or horrible it is, will not last forever.

Hi my lovelies , I don’t usually share my YouTube videos on my Instagram page but I was moved by the spirit to post this today because I want people to hear my story.
For anyone out there who feels like they are in a tight situation or under immense pressure on any social media platform ... Trust me when I tell you that it is not too late to start afresh. I did and it worked for me . Have faith and just see God work for you.

Could it be that the reason we don’t take mental health seriously is because of the lack of understanding or fear of the unknown?
Well here are a few that may help you see and think about mental health differently

As nurse practitioner I have seen and supported a lot of young adults who suffered bullying both online and offline. Sadly some have gone as far as ending their lives.
The first thing to know when dealing with negative comments and criticism is not to take it personal ( I know it’s easier said than done) but trust me
You are NOT responsible for how others behave, or what they do, say, feel or think! That is not your responsibility!!!!
You are responsible for you! - so take charge and shut them down by taking responsibility for how you react.
If the bullying persists you can immediately contact these services:

Did you know PMS Symptoms can be mistaken for Bipolar .
In PMS , mood swings are synchronized with the menstrual cycle. On the other hand , the mood swings associated with bipolar disorder are not linked with the menstrual cycle, and do not follow a predictable pattern.

I don’t know who needs to hear this today but let me tell you ...emotional voids cannot be filled by credit cards, cash, gold chains or bonds.
What you must do is :
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1) Is to confess your sin to yourself by admitting to yourself (and the owner of the credit cards you’ve been blowing ) that you have an emotional void.
2) Trace it to the origin
3) Again confess the origin to yourself and others around you
4) Start healing by forgiving yourself
5) When you feel like you are relapsing think of this bible verse in Acts 20:35 - There’s more blessing in giving than in receiving.
6) Fill the VOID with things that are purposeful such as donating to a charity, helping your old neighbour with her/his gardening.
PS... I was indirectly preaching to myself in this post
