Today was a beautiful day as I shared it with Katy teaching her about the beautiful energy of Reiki.

I stopped teaching for a little while as my mental health needed some work so when I decided to start up again of course I chose this date!

A special date to harness possibility, to align with your desires, let the universe know what you want and need and to start taking positive actions.

Katy started her Reiki journey today and I moved back into my power and my self confidence.

We took an extra few minutes today to think about where we want to be in the next 6 - 12 months and invited in all that we need to get us there.
