Hey lovelies, apologies for being quiet over the past month or so.

I haven’t sent you any emails, I haven’t done a podcast episode and I have barely posted anything on my socials.

That’s because I have been using all my creative energy to work on something big.

And seen as it’s World Book Day today, it feels like the perfect time to tell you that I have written a book!!!

It’s been a lot of work. I have poured all my energy, experience and knowledge into this book and I can’t wait to share it with you.

This half day retreat will provide time and space for you to take time for yourself, relieve stress, soothe your nervous system and consider what is energising you and what is draining your energy.

No yoga experience is required, this retreat is open to all.

I keep seeing loads of people on here posting pictures of themselves in 2016. Everyone seems to have rose tinted glasses on as they look back.

So I scrolled through the photos on my phone and I had a look at mine.

Yes they all look like fun, and they were! There’s a lot of lovely memories in there. Also it’s made me consider cutting my hair!

But they don’t tell the whole truth.

I know that version of me didn’t feel like enough, she was on a constant diet, she spent money for fun and there’s barely any photos where I don’t have an alcoholic drink in my hand.

She looks happy and she was, but I wouldn’t change it for how I feel now.

Now, I offer Empowerment Coaching Programmes because….

I wish something like this had been available to that version of me.

I wish that I had known in 2016 how powerful it is for someone to hold space for you, to hear you and to see you.

1 - put a song on that you love and dance! Don’t worry about what it looks like, focus on how it feels.

2 - declutter your desk, a surface, cupboard or drawer. OR your email. Pick the one you have been putting off!

3 - go outside and spend time in nature, a short walk is all you need. Take some deep breath’s and look around at the colours and textures.

4 - move your body - workout, run, stretch, go for a walk, do some yoga. Whatever you like to do.

Today is the Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year. It’s the day we have the most darkness of the year, but it also brings the hope of the returning light, as we know from now the days will start to get longer.

It’s the perfect time to reflect on anything you are ready to let go of and consider what you want to grow in your life as the light starts to return.

If you would like to work with these energies, I’ve included some journal prompts for you below and recorded a special Yoga Nidra for you to listen to.

Try and find some time where you won’t be disturbed, light a candle, take some deep breaths, make yourself a cuppa and take your some time to answer these questions. There are no right or wrong answers, this is about being honest with yourself. 💜💜💜
