Sat here planning the lay out and colour scheme, it has took longer than expected but the dream is nearly finished just a few final touches and a sprinkle of fairy dust ✨

Not long till I open the doors to my new space and welcome you all 🙌🏼

There’s a reason I’ve been quiet on here…….

I have been working behind the scenes creating a new healing hub, a space that is finally mine, a space I can put my own stamp on, a space I can offer some beautiful nurturing treatments from 🥰

I can’t wait to share and hold space for you lovely ladies 💖 but for for now there’s work to be done some very hard manual graft 🫣😂

Slow yoga flow today really focusing on breath (pranayama) with movement (asana) slowing everything down back to basics, focusing on alignment, grounding through the feet making sure muscles are engaged and feeling everything. Working with breath and holding breath with poses making sure posture is correct.

I feel going back to basics is necessary whatever point your at if you are a beginner or intermediate, sometimes we forget the importance of awareness and this is yoga.

A lot of the time I enjoy these sessions more than the energetic strength focused ones, but totally depends on how I’m feeling that day, always always listen to your body.

Being postnatal I am focusing on alignment and awareness more at this time, postnatal needs awareness and slowing down is needed for recovery.

A very Merry Christmas 🎅🏼 🎄

Wishing all my clients old and new a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 🎄🎅🏼🤶🏼

It has been lovely holding space for you all this year, it’s been a chaotic one with having a baby and coming back to work but I’ve enjoyed every minute. I hope to see you next year, I will be working on new treatments and offerings for the new year and I can’t wait to share it all with you 😆

Also I want to take this opportunity to give you a gentle reminder to breathe over this busy Christmas period, it can get very overwhelming at this time of year just remember to pause, take a step back if needed and just take a few minutes to breathe in calm, hold…..and release do this when needed as many times as you like 🤍

Your mental, physical and emotional health matters more than the busy rushing chaotic perfect Christmas we all strive for, what will be will be ♥️

666 ~ REFLECTION 🪞 ✨

As part of my reflection work I have been looking back on how far I have come and all the layers I have shed over the years, and it made me think to where my light work started.

These photos are from my L1 & L2 Reiki Attunements in 2019 with the very knowledgable and beautiful soul Emma in a beautiful chapel . Such beautiful moments in my life and really opened my eyes and my heart to the world, and I realised this is my path and what I need to do, so much so I left my NHS job in 2020 to really pursue it and never looked back.

I AM a healer. I AM a light worker. I AM a body practitioner. I AM a yoga teacher.

I help people on their healing journeys to aid them and give them strength through their healing process.✨

Healing is beautiful but can be messy, don’t resist, bring love into the situation 💚

There is plenty more to come as a learn, evolve and grow myself 🤍

Filling my cup 🥰

I spent the weekend attending to me and filling my cup with plenty of time in nature, yoga, reiki and meditation 🧘🏼‍♀️ ✨

As a energy worker & healer I feel this is so important for my role to be able to offer my services and energy to help aid others on their healing journey, after all you can’t pour from an empty cup, right?

How was your weekend? Do you carve time out for yourself? What do you do to fill your cup? What is your self care? What do you do to find your balance?
