Our beloved ookushana Workshop in Leeds will be closing its doors in December 🥹 and these final offerings will be the last to take place in this sacred space that has held years of healing, tears, awakening, community, devotion, and deep transformation.

Before we close, we’re gathering for a month of medicine…

A month of honouring.
A month for returning.
A month to sit with the spirit of this place and celebrate everything it has been for so many hearts.

What if your worth didn’t depend on your usefulness?

For generations, healers and medicine women have carried the Servitude Wound, the imprint that says our value is tied to what we give, how much we hold, and how little we ask for ourselves.

It’s a lineage wound. A cultural wound. A survival wound.

And it lives quietly in the places where we over-function, silence our needs, or shrink to stay “good”.

In this online ceremony with Felicity we journey to the root of this imprint. Honouring the women who came before us, releasing the subconscious contracts that bind us to usefulness, and reclaiming a worth that is unconditional, inherent, and sovereign.

This ceremony may stir deep emotion… and equally, deep liberation.

For generations, healers and medicine women have carried the imprint of martyrdom - the belief that sacrifice makes us worthy, loveable, or safe.

It’s the unconscious pattern that whispers:
“Give more. Hold more. Carry more. Your needs can wait.”

It’s the inherited belief that your value is measured by how much you give to others, and how much you endure. It’s an unconscious narrative that tells you self-care is selfish.

In this online ceremony, we journey to the root of the martyrdom wound - back to the stories, systems, and lineages that taught women to self-abandon, to put themselves last, and to equate suffering with devotion.

We honour the generations of women who held entire communities together while being denied rest, acknowledgement, or support - and we give space for what they were never allowed to feel.

Through guided ceremony, embodiment and intentional movement, we will begin to dissolve the subconscious contracts that keep you/us over-giving, over-responsible, and energetically depleted.

This is not about rejecting your devotion - it’s about liberating it from distortion.

It’s about remembering that your medicine is strongest when you are nourished, your service is clearer when you are not self-abandoning, and your purpose expands when you stop carrying what was never yours to hold.

In this ceremony, we integrate the ancestral, societal, and energetic imprints that keep you trapped in cycles of exhaustion, resentment, and depletion - so you can reclaim a path of balanced giving, reciprocity, and empowered self-devotion.

If you feel the tug… if your body knows this wound… you’re invited to reclaim the part of you that was never meant to disappear into service.

Join Ola for a beautiful sound bath journey using crystal bowls, gong and other instruments.⁠

We will open with a herbal tea and oracle card pull and any shares, journaling around nature's cycles before settling into a meditation and immersive sound bath. Instruments used may include gong, crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments.⁠
