Stop scrolling and just take a moment to think about what scent makes you feel instantly calm 😌

For me, and some of my clients, they find the smell of lavender quite relaxing whereas other find chamomile or geranium oil to be quite calming.

Our bodies crave rest all year round, but even more so in the darker months. This is due to the change in daylight as well as the change in temperature where more cooler temperatures are experienced. These changes then have an impact on our body's internal rhythm ❤️
