As each of us is unique, my practice is always tailored to your preferences and needs. Being a Massage Therapist allows me to help my clients discover the benefits of both manual therapies and ASMR relaxation, while also building meaningful connections and offering gentle support. I am expanding my services to create even more ways to improve wellbeing and bring deep rest to mind, body, and soul.

Just pipping a post on to say I only have 2 spaces remaining in my Mummy and Me event next week!

In this retreat day both you AND Baby get to enjoy a bit of massage and time together.

We will enjoy some mindful movement, baby massage, lunch, and a mini massage for you too! From the very lovely Mags from

I get it we don’t always want to leave baby at home to attend the nice things - so you don’t have to here. Rest doesn’t always have to happen while they sleep xx
