Days like today are the reasons I feel very proud to do what I do and improve people’s lives by getting them moving again and pain free.

Today was the most special. My grandma at 82 years old was in a very bad car accident which wrote the car off. She is suffering with whip lash and hasn’t had a physio appointment since it happened over 6 weeks ago and is only just getting a ‘consultation’ next week.

I’ll be the one to make sure she gets back to her best and doesn’t have to wait 6 weeks for her next session!

She did politely decline the muscle scraping but im sure I can talk her into it 😂
