Announcement. The Qigongers are back baby

After what felt like the longest, greyest winter, the days are stretching out, the air is softer, and our bi-weekly Qigong classes are returning to Moonrise Studio and Gardens.
If the weather cooperates, we’ll even be flowing outside on the grass having a face-off with the cows.

Fresh air, slow movement, and good company (the cattle) — the perfect way to welcome spring. ☀️

We run occasional workshops and our notoriously friendly Qigong Teacher Training is returning in September! ☯️

Expect lots of laughs, tailored guidance from well qualified Qigoing instructors, Traditional Chinese Medicine experts, and learning Qigong sets in the late summer grass.

What a powerful weekend of continuous Qigong learning with Master Juanjo Estrella in London.

Ava and I had the joy of learning a new style and a Yang set of the Five Elements. Juanjo is a truly superb teacher – deeply knowledgeable, grounded, and generous in his teaching. Huge gratitude 🙏
