We are coming towards the end of and this year’s theme is to move for your mental health.

What did you do this week for your mental health? I have started running and this has had such a positive impact on my mindset and my motivation 🤠

Remember the importance of the 3p’s - positive interactions, postive thoughts and positive activities = constant flow of serotonin which we know is the feel good chemical in our brains 🧠
