Zen Babies runs Baby Massage, Baby Massage for Twins, Baby Yoga & Toddler Yoga classes at Asquith Primary school, Ronin Goju Karate in Morley and Edmonds Dance Centre in Bramley. The classes are fun and baby led giving you the space to learn a new skill with your baby and have uninterrupted bonding time together.

🍃🧘‍♀️💐Week one to week five 💐🧘‍♀️🍃

In all zen babies classes we like to take a photo on week one (many more inbetween of course) and a photo in week five with your footprint certificate. It’s such a sweet way to look at how much they’ve grown and changed in that time.

Thank you to this lovely mummy for sharing her sweet girl who has smiled her way through her baby massage routines and bee a joy to have in class.

🍃🧘‍♀️Baby Massage🧘‍♀️🍃

In Baby Massage when we massage the tummy we always travel in a clockwise direction as this is the natural direction of the digestive system.

Our small intestines join onto the large colon which the travels up, across, down and out, following this helps push through any blockages and trapped wind. 💨

In class it’s very much celebrated when we hear lots of trumps and even a full nappy there and then!

Coming up - Massage Morning on 30 April which is two hours of baby and parent treats!

Parent and Baby Wellbeing 5 week course which covers baby massage, reflexology, gentle stretches a little sensory play and relaxation from May!

When I’m not in class I might be watching the girls dance, ride, acting, my son who doesn’t like photos but is playing and kicking footballs, loving spring and taking pictures of nature it’s all good!
