On 20th December, passed away in hospital aged 78 years. Dearly beloved husband of Brenda, a loved brother of Dave, a dear son in law of Joe, a loved brother in law of Julie and Sue also a loved uncle of Richard and great uncle of James. Steve will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service and cremation at Rawdon crematorium on Tuesday 13th January at 10 am. Family flowers only please. On 9th December passed away peacefully aged 82 years. Dearly beloved husband of Marjorie, a much loved dad of Elizabeth, a dear father in law of Chris. Loved by Julie and Josie also a dear uncle of Julie and Joseph, Peter will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends. Yesterday our Northern Sales Rep, Scott Gordon , represented JC Atkinson at the NAFD Yorkshire Meeting hosted by Robson & Ellis Funeral Service in Leeds.

It was great to connect with key figures from the NAFD and the Yorkshire region, including Darryl Smith, James Schofield, Jenny Wainwright, Andrew Judd, Rebecca, and host Matthew Tempest.

We always appreciate these opportunities to collaborate, learn, and support the wider funeral profession.

We’re pleased to announce the return of Light a Candle this Christmas!

Taking part in this Christmas’s Light a Candle gives you the opportunity to create online memorials throughout the festive period.

Christmas is a special time to celebrate with family and friends, and our virtual candles are a thoughtful way to pay tribute to loved ones who are no longer with us.

We'll be sharing virtual candles on our page between 15 and 21 December. There's no cost for you or your family to get involved and create an online memorial.

🎄🎄Our Memorial Christmas Tree Is Back 🎄🎄
You may have seen that our memorial tree has now returned to our garden to remember those who won’t be with us this Christmas. If you would like the name of a loved one adding to the tree or a bauble/star rehanging from a previous year please get in touch with: (very important to include all the following)
- the persons name
- if its a new bauble or we have from previous years
- if you would like us to place the bauble on the tree or if you would like to collect it to hang it on yourselves
We do not charge for the memorial baubles but, any donations made will go to Bramley Elderly Action to help them continue the amazing work they do within the community.
NB - we will respond to all messages during office working hours starting from Tuesday 2nd December. Please bear with us when waiting for as a response as we are extremely busy and check messages at one point each day and Wednesday 17th will be the last day we can take requests for new baubles.
Requests will be taken from this post, to save confusion please do not comment on any shares of this original post as they won’t be seen.

Bob and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy during their sad loss. Thank you for the generous donations of £500.00 received towards the work of Wheatfields Hospice. Special thanks to Reverend Lottie Jones for her comforting service, and to everyone who attended the funeral for their support.
