2025 has been a shedding year for me.
Letting go of what no longer fits — habits, pace, expectations — while still leaving a little room for the wild. Much less concerned with fitting into boxes.

What’s left feels quieter, truer, and far easier to stand behind. That’s the energy I’m carrying forward in my work.

Moonstone’s Moon Club has been deeply meaningful for me....creating a space for people who share the same wound I know well: not being seen in their depth. I’m incredibly grateful for that community.

As we arrive at the solstice, I’m gently winding down now and will be back on 27th January and will be checking this page less over the holidays 🤍

I just want to say how unbelievably grateful I feel for this year. For every person who’s come to a class, booked a session, trusted me with their energy, shared something tender, or quietly supported what I do. THANK YOU. I never take it lightly. This work is such a privilege, and it’s the people that make it feel so meaningful.

Been wonderful to take on a new class at and it's been so much fun, as well as continuing to see my lovely Angelic Reiki clients this year with a training to come in March... 🪽

I also want to say a huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone who reached out with kind messages this week after the loss of my grandad. I’m really grateful for that kindness, it meant more than you’ll know. 🕯️

I had planned to keep seeing clients next week, but its felt very clearly like a little universal nudge to stop, rest, and breathe before what’s shaping up to be a busy (and lovely) January.

Your Monday evening sanctuary.
A space to exhale, soften, and simply be.

We begin with gentle Restorative Yoga...a couple of long held fully supported postures to calm the nervous system and bring your body into deep rest.

Then you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a soothing meditation often called yogic sleep...a place between dreaming and waking where your whole being can truly let go.

Throughout the class I’ll offer Reiki, inviting stillness, balance, and energetic harmony.

Perfect if you’re craving rest, feeling overwhelmed, or just need an hour to melt into peace.

No experience needed — just warm layers, an open heart, and the willingness to rest deeply.

From Wednesday 1st October I'm so excited to be offering a weekly vinyasa flow before my usual Yoga Nidra meditation class at .

This isn’t about pushing yourself to the max or powering through a sequence — it’s about moving energy through the body in a way that feels nourishing. Some weeks it will feel more flowing, energising and strong, other weeks slower and softer.

Always with the same intention: to prepare your body, breath and energy for the deep rest of either Savasana or Yoga Nidra should you choose to attend at 8pm.

🕯️ Wednesdays:

6.45–7.45pm Flow (yin/yang blend)

8pm-9pm Yoga Nidra (guided rest + meditation)

You can come to either on its own — both are beautiful, complete practices. But if you ever feel called to do the double, it really is the most delicious pairing. The body unwinds, the mind softens, and the heart rests easy.

Unpopular crystal opinion...

Amethyst has actually never been the crystal I’m naturally drawn to… but it’s sometimes the one i seem to need. 💜

Known as the stone of calm, clarity, and spiritual protection, it’s like a quiet guardian — the thing that steadies me when my mind is busy or my heart feels heavy.

I’ve learned that sometimes the magic we need isn’t the magic we would choose. 🕯️

That’s part of why I created Moonstone’s Moon Club...to give us a space each month to check in with ourselves, notice what’s really needed, and set intentions from that honest place. 🙏🏼
