So, how does UVB phototherapy actually work? 🤔

By exposing affected areas of skin to UV light, the light reduces inflammation and slows the production of skin cells, allowing your skin to produce at a normal rate and reduce the areas of built up skin cells that cause the affected patches.

The treatment is required repeatedly at around three times a week, for 2-3 months on average.
