Leg circles are a classic Pilates move for hip mobility and core control.
When your feet are in the straps, the springs support your legs, helping you move smoothly and focus on alignment.
Take the straps away, and suddenly your core has to work much harder to keep everything stable!
Both versions are brilliant,just different challenges for your body!
Feet in straps = support + flow ✨
No straps = pure core fire 🔥
Same movement, completely different challenge!
