Chelsea's creations hut Light up the darkness, Leeds UK, hidden disabilities and mental health awareness I am a 30-year-old female, that has a hidden disability.

I have worked in Health and social care since the age of 16. I have Fibromyalgia, anxiety and depression, I also have another condition called sphincter of oddi dysfunction
I have decided to be self-employed, making candles and jewellery and I want to raise awareness for hidden disabilities and mental health for all. Candles will be handmade and Jewellery hand made, personal to you. I will also be promoting a charity just waiting for the details but its one that is close and personal to myself

I want to share what helps me, by no means am I medical professional but I'm just sharing what helps me and I'm not saying that its going to work for you but they may help.

Hey lovely people! 🌟 Let’s come together and support the amazing Tasha, aka 🤟, who you can find on TikTok as "The Sensory Signer," with her incredible fundraising event!

She’s raising funds for TJ's school to build an accessible multi-game area, ensuring every child has the chance to play and have fun together. 🎮⚽️
