With the holidays approaching, summer can be a great time for a young person to begin completing psychotherapy. Exams can often put mental health priorities on the back-burner and now may be a great time to consider addressing any concerns in this domain… with a BABCP accredited CBT therapist.

With my most recent clients’ informed consent, I’m unbelievably happy to share feedback that they’ve provided about their experience working with myself. For further context, we completed 15 sessions together working on reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety.
