Our Yoga styles vary from Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Kundalini & beginner's classes. Our workshops include Yoga Nidra, Women's Circles, Sound Baths, Reiki, Menopause Yoga, and much more. We also have dedicated treatment rooms for Ayurvedic Yoga Massa

And why do so many people fall in love with it?

Hot Yoga is more than just turning up the thermostat.
⠀
Warmth was traditionally used in yogic practice to help the body open, purify, and kindle inner fire (tapas) so we move more deeply, breathe more fully, and let go more easily.

The heat softens resistance, inviting us to meet intensity with awareness.
⠀
But the magic lies in how the heat and the flow work together. It’s where strength, surrender, clarity, and presence all dance in balance.

What it can offer - backed by studies and experience

✨ Greater flexibility and range of motion. Heat warms the muscles and joints so they can safely stretch more deeply

✨ Cardiovascular boost. Classes can elevate heart rate, improve circulation, and support cardiovascular fitness

✨ Calorie burn & metabolic activation. The body works harder to regulate temperature, which can amplify metabolic activity

✨Stress relief & emotional balance. Practicing in heat can intensify focus on breath, calm the nervous system, and support emotional regulation

✨Support for mood & depression. In a clinical trial, heated yoga participants saw significantly reduced depressive symptoms (some as much as 50 % or more) compared with control groups.


Of course, the evidence is still young. But what many hot yogis already know is simple. Heat transforms resistance. In that alchemy, you find clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection with your own strength.

Erica’s work is rooted in a powerful personal journey.

Having experienced migraines, anxiety, depression and digestive issues from a young age, she discovered how layers of unresolved trauma can shape our physical, mental and relational health.

Through yoga, somatic work, breathwork, counselling and coaching, she learned to transform her pain into healing — and now shares these tools to help others do the same.

Her mission is to guide people into deeper self-awareness and connection, creating spaces where you feel truly seen, supported and free.

✨ What is Vinyasa Yoga really?

And why does it feel so alive?

Vinyasa isn’t about rushing through poses, it’s about linking breath with movement.

Each inhale lifts you, each exhale grounds you, creating a flowing rhythm that awakens energy, builds strength, and clears the mind.

The sequence becomes a moving meditation, presence found in motion.

In Sanskrit: Vi = “in a special way,” Nyasa = “to place.”

So Vinyasa reminds us that every movement, every breath, every moment matters. Intentional. 

It’s more than exercise. It’s a practice of flow, focus, and inner balance, a way to stay centred even as life around you shifts.

Meet Emma - Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master & Crystal Healing Practitioner

Emma began practising yoga in 2015 at a time when she was stressed, overwhelmed, and experiencing chronic back pain.

Through yoga and mindfulness, she found relief, strength, and a renewed sense of calm.

The impact was so profound that in 2018 she trained as a teacher to deepen her own practice and share yoga with others.

Her classes focus on mindful engagement with the body, nourishing rest, and building confidence, always offered with kindness and empathy, while encouraging you to prioritise yourself.

Beyond yoga, Emma discovered Reiki in 2020 and has since trained to Master level in the Usui Method of Natural Healing.

She also offers Crystal Healing treatments and workshops at the studio, supporting clients on their energy and self-healing journey.

Ashtanga isn’t just about fast flows or building strength.
⠀
Traditionally, it was designed as a complete system for purifying body, mind, and spirit.

Creating discipline, inner fire, and the stillness needed for deep meditation.
⠀
Every sequence has purpose. Every posture builds on the next.

Breath and movement are woven together to awaken tapas, the transformative heat that burns away what no longer serves.

In Sanskrit:
Ashta = eight
Anga = limbs

Ashtanga literally means the eight-limbed path, described in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, from ethical living and self-discipline to posture, breath, focus, and meditation.

So when you step on the mat, you’re not just moving through shapes. You’re walking a path of inner mastery.

It’s a practice that strengthens the body, sharpens the mind, and grounds the soul.
