🎄Christmas opening hours🎄

My last working day before Christmas will be Tuesday 23rd December. I have a few final appointment slots available if you’re in need of physiotherapy or sports massage before the festive break.

I’ll be back in clinic on Tuesday 30th December, followed by a well-deserved break until Friday 9th January.

Fully booked Friday💪🏼

A busy clinic day running from 6:30am–6pm, and yes, that first session really was before sunrise 🌅

I’m always happy to be flexible around my clients’ busy work schedules. This morning started with a regular at 6:30am before she headed into the city centre, followed by another at 7:30am before the 9–5 rush.

Feeling super grateful for all my supportive clients who keep me busy and make early starts worthwhile 🙌🏼
