Since our successful launch, we have grown to provide both traditional and system scaffold solutions to a select list of clients. Throughout this period we have re-invested in our people, yard and equipment. This enables us to maintain our customer satisfaction, a happy team and up to date equipment ensuring health and safety standards. We are heavily committed to providing ongoing training and resources to keep abreast of our client’s needs and expectations. Making a strict priority of these expectations to be met or surpassed on an ongoing basis. By doing so we have made it possible to generate the repeat business that we are experiencing on a regular basis through service delivery. Our company believes in recruiting, practising and retaining directly employed staff and operatives in order to promote a core confidence in our workforce. Our employee retention figures demonstrate this. We are proud to say that our training programme has provided employment to an excess of 6 apprentices from the local area in the last 2 years. We also employ the services of a professional safety consultant and design engineer. The purpose of this is to ensure we are keeping informed and guide of all current legislation. In contrast, our operations all follow relevant regulations and safe methods of work. Our customers provide the foundation that is the base required for our success.
