Let me guess you’ve tried everything to lose your meno tum

Low carb
No carb
Intermittent fasting
Shakes
Low calorie
No cake, chocolate or wine
But nothing is working

And to cap it all the brain fog , sugar cravings and anxiety are just getting worse

Here’s what to do to stop the biscuit tin shouting your name midafternoon and it’s not complicated or fancy 👇

Re think lunch - few minutes prep the night before

Protein - pre cooked chicken ✅

Carbs - wholemeal pitta ✅

Healthy fats - avocado ✅

Fibre - load on the veggies ✅

Make it tasty , pick a dressing - mine was Tzakiki 😋.

A soggy shop bought sarnie just won’t keep you full or satisfied , cravings in perimenopause have nothing to do with lacknor willpower - give your body the fuel it needs 💪🌸

Hello, did you know I haven’t always been a Coach , for 38 years my career was in Nursing in the NHS something I feel both proud of and humbled , what a privilege to be part of peoples lives in what are sometimes their most vulnerable times.

I was a Matron when the pandemic hit supporting staff in Critical Care , what they, patients & families went through was something we never thought imaginable .

This was exactly the same time when my perimenopause symptoms were at their worst - that’s the human body for you 🙈.

At 55 I took the decision to retire from nursing and retrain as a Menopause & Nutrition Coach so I could carry on caring & supporting just in a different way.

Me on retirement day 🌸
