We’re excited to introduce Shockwave Therapy, available to book from next week.

Shockwave Therapy is an evidence-based, non-invasive treatment that delivers acoustic waves to targeted areas, stimulating tissue repair, increasing blood flow, and promoting healing.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, skill & advice given to me by Neil at the Physio Room. Following a complex knee operation in France and a worrying resent consultation with my surgeon who was encouraging me to have a second operation, I wanted a second opinion regarding some instability in my knee. My Sister, who has seen Neil and spoke highly of him, advised me to come over to see him. During the consultation, Neil was very understanding regarding my concerns, gave me a thorough examination and showed me a range of exercises that would strengthen my knee. He was very reassuring and following his diagnosis gave me a lot of confidence regarding the reduced impact that my injury would have on my life. I would highly recommend Neil to anyone.

🌟✨ Celebrating my 50th birthday at our special place Middleton Lodge! 🎉🥂

From the moment we arrived, it was pure bliss! 💖 We indulged in a two-night stay filled with pampering, beautiful cocktails and food🌿💆‍♀️ Heated open pool,💦 whirlpool bath 👍🏻Steam sauna 🥵 plunge pool 🥶Absolutely 🤣🙌

Every experience was elevated with beautiful fires, exquisite food, and rejuvenating treatments. 🍽️🌟 The highlight was our tasting menu at the Forge restaurant😍❤️
