Wonderful Fire Cider workshop todayAnanda Yoga & Lifestyle Studio
The room was filled with the scent of garlic and herbs as we explored the power of humble kitchen staples: thyme, onion, garlic, bay, chilli, ginger and apple cider vinegar. These ingredients will now steep for a few weeks to become a warming tonic often enjoyed during colder months, and many people find it great for clearing the sinuses too.
For optimal immune health, our bodies are best supported by restorative sleep, nourishing wholefood, regular movement, managing stress and keeping sugar and alcohol on the low side.
