I offer one to one counselling for adults and teens. My therapeutic approach is integrative, which means I will use a range of theories and techniques which are tailored to you and your particular needs. I specialise in helping people to overcome anxiety and depression. I also work with trauma related issues, bereavement and loss and mental illness.
