✨ Festive Fun at Walton Manor! ✨

It’s been a wonderfully busy time here — from our Christmas lights switch-on, to a brilliant visit from Elvis, a cuddle-filled afternoon with MAC the therapy dog, and plenty of festive crafts to get everyone in the Christmas spirit. 🎄💫

✨ Today at Walton… ✨

We’ve had a wonderfully festive day! This morning our residents got stuck in and helped with the Christmas decorations while we added some sparkle to the dining room. 🎄✨ The home is really starting to feel magical now!

This afternoon, everyone enjoyed a fun festive interactive quiz, followed by a cosy treat — Baileys hot chocolate to get us all into the Christmas spirit. ☕🎅❤️

It’s beginning to look (and feel!) a lot like Christmas here at Walton!

🧝‍♂️✨ Tomorrow is Elf Day! ✨🧝‍♀️

We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up and joining in the fun as we kick off December with festive cheer — and don’t forget, we’ll also be switching on our Christmas lights! 🌟🎄

And as a little reminder, our December Activity Planner is now out, packed with Christmas crafts, baking, entertainment, and plenty of seasonal celebrations. ❄️❤️

✨ Walton Manor Update ✨

We had the most fabulous trip to The Hepworth Art Gallery on Wednesday with some of our lovely residents! 🎨💛

Everyone really enjoyed exploring the artwork, chatting about their favourite pieces, and soaking up the calm, creative atmosphere.

To finish off, we all sat together with a nice cup of tea and a slice of cake — the perfect ending to a lovely afternoon out. ☕🍰

A big thank you to the team for supporting the trip and to our residents for making it such a joyful day. ❤️

🎶 What a Friday at Walton Manor! 🎶

Yesterday we had the fabulous Tony join us for an afternoon of music and memories — and what a performance it was! 💛

There was plenty of singing, dancing, toe-tapping and lots of laughter echoing around the lounge. Our residents absolutely loved it!

A huge thank you to Tony for bringing so much joy to the home. ⭐

Walton manor residents and staff have started to “trim up” for Christmas 🎄 lots of reminiscing about Christmas past. Did you know when you place a bauble on the tree you can make a wish ? 😇.

✨ Today at Walton ✨
We began the day with our monthly church service, giving residents the chance to sing, pray, and receive communion together. It was a lovely, peaceful start to the day. 💛

This afternoon, we moved into full festive mode and started our Christmas decorations! Residents enjoyed making their own gingerbread men decorations, which are now proudly displayed on our tree. 🎄🍪

A wonderful mix of calm, connection, and creativity across the home today. 💫
