Living with Long COVID can feel overwhelming. Symptoms fluctuate, progress feels slow, and it’s easy to wonder if you’re doing something wrong.

A Long COVID client once told me about the day she finally realised that ā€œpushing throughā€ wasn’t helping her heal.

She was quite far along in her recovery at this point, and was starting to increase her activities more. She’d made it through a busy week, work, a few social plans she didn’t want to cancel, and told herself it was a sign she was getting stronger. But by Sunday, she could barely get out of bed. Her heart raced just walking to the kitchen.

That crash hit differently.
Not just physically, but emotionally. Because she thought she was doing everything right, she thought she was making progress.

When we spoke, she said she thought it had been manageable at first. When you start to notice those first signs of progress, it's so easy to overdo things again. But the realitiy is, each time she got through a tough day, and didn't suffer any immediate consequences, she pushed her body through another.
As she returned to pacing, breathing, and giving her body the space it need to recover again, something shifted.

She didn’t lose progress, she finally began to make it.

For so many people, this is the hardest part of recovery. Just as you're feeling better and feeling like yourself again, a huge crash pulls you back down.

If you're struggling with this too, it's about going back to basics. Don't push through or do more just because you have more energy. Protect it. Keep building slowly and you'll get there without all the setbacks.

šŸ’¬ Does this story feel familiar? I’d love to hear if you’ve had a moment where you realised you couldn’t keep pushing through. What helped you finally start to slow down?

The little win that changed everything.

At one point, my biggest 'win' of the week was making a cup of tea and sitting outside for 10 minutes.

I used to measure progress in huge leaps, ā€œwhen I can go back to work,ā€ ā€œwhen I can run 5k again.ā€ But those milestones felt so far away that every setback broke me a little more.

It wasn’t until I started celebrating tiny moments, sitting outside for 10 minutes, managing my energy better one day, or waking up with a little more clarity, that I started to see the path ahead differently.

Recovery didn’t suddenly speed up. But I began to feel more grounded. More hopeful.
And that made everything lighter.

If you’re deep in the uncertainty right now, try noticing your smallest win today. It counts more than you thinkšŸ’›

Can I ask you something? šŸ’›

In three months’ time, where do you see yourself in your recovery?

Are you still stuck in the same cycle? Feeling okay for a few days, then crashing and starting all over again?

Or are you finding your rhythm… pacing with confidence, feeling calmer in your body, and finally seeing consistent progress?

The truth is, you can figure it out recovery alone.
Reading, researching, trialling different things, hoping something sticks.

But when you have the right structure and support around you, you get there so much faster, and with a lot less stress.

That’s exactly what I’ve created inside The Long COVID Recovery Club 🌿

It’s a space to help you make sense of your recovery and includes:

Living with Long COVID can feel overwhelming. Symptoms fluctuate, progress feels slow, and it’s easy to wonder if you’re doing something wrong.

When one of my clients first started working on her Long COVID recovery, she was exhausted, physically and mentally.

Every time she felt a little better, she’d try to do more, and end up crashing.

What she wanted most was to feel stable again. To stop guessing. To have a clear structure that actually worked with her body.

Within a few weeks of putting a proper pacing plan in place, she started to notice her baseline improving. She could plan her days again, without the fear of crashing.

That’s exactly what I teach inside The Long COVID Recovery Club šŸ’›

Because recovery isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about finally having the right tools and support to allow your body to recover.

Recovery from Long COVID isn’t simple. It’s messy, it’s frustrating, and it often feels like you’re trying to figure it out all on your own.

I know this, because I’ve lived it. And I’ve also seen first-hand, through my work, what really makes a difference🌿

Things like pacing, breathing, sleep, movement, and self-kindness.
But the truth is, it’s not just about knowing these things.
It’s about having the support and guidance to actually put them into practice in your daily life.

That’s why I created The Long COVID Recovery Club šŸ’›

✨ A safe, positive space filled with practical tools designed specifically for Long COVID.
✨ Ongoing support so you don’t have to do this alone.
✨ Community and hope, so you feel understood every step of the way.

I know recovery is possible, because I’ve fully recovered myself. And I want to help you do the samešŸ’›

This has been my passion project for years, not something I've just thrown together. But something I’ve worked on since leaving my job in the Long COVID clinics; through travelling, working, my honeymoon, pregnancy and motherhood - because I believe in it deeply, and I believe in you!

šŸ’› VIP doors are opening TODAY for founding members.
That means early access, exclusive bonuses, and the chance to be part of shaping the Club from the very beginning.

šŸ‘‰ If you’d like the link to join the VIP list, comment VIP below and I’ll send it directly to you.

I can’t wait to welcome you inside 🌿

Living with Long COVID can feel like you’re trying to solve a puzzle with half of the pieces missing.

I know how frustrating it is to crash just when you thought you were making progress… to get conflicting advice from health professionals… or to feel like no one really understands what you’re going through šŸ’›

Over the past few years, I’ve seen what really helps people recover: simple but powerful tools like pacing, breathing, sleep, movement, and self-kindness. And most importantly, having ongoing support to actually implement those tools in daily life.

That’s why I’ve been working quietly behind the scenes on something I believe is really needed in this community:
✨ A safe space with practical tools designed specifically for Long COVID
✨ Long-term support so you don’t feel like you’re doing it alone
✨ A community that offers hope and encouragement

This has been my passion project, and I’m so excited to finally be able to share it with you.

šŸ’› This Sunday, I’ll be opening VIP doors to The Long COVID Recovery Club.
Founding members will get early access, special bonuses, and the chance to be part of shaping this space from the very beginning.

If you’ve been waiting for support that’s practical, hopeful, and designed for you... I cannot wait to welcome you in!🌿

If you'd like the link to sign-up for my VIP waitlist, comment VIP below and I'll send it over✨

One of the hardest parts of Long COVID recovery is pacing.

It’s not about doing nothing, and it’s not about pushing through.
It’s about finding the middle ground where your body can heal without constantly crashing.

šŸ’› What’s one thing that helps you pace better day to day?

Living with Long COVID is tough enough.. but sometimes the hardest part is feeling misunderstood šŸ’›

Here are 3 things I wish people really knew:

1ļøāƒ£ it’s not just ā€˜being tired’, fatigue is so much more than that!

2ļøāƒ£ rest isn’t optional, it’s part of recovery

3ļøāƒ£ progress is possible, but it’s never a straight line

If this resonates with you, save it for the days you need reminding.

And if you know someone who needs to understand Long COVID better, share this with them šŸ“§

✨ You’re not alone in this ✨
