Unfortunately, I have had to cancel this week's classes as I have got the dreaded Hand, Foot and Mouth. I nearly passed out with dehydration in a&e.
I am resting up and will be back in class next week for our AUTUMN themed session.

Heads up about Hand, Foot and Mouth 👣
There’s a bit of hand, foot and mouth going around at the moment. It’s really common in little ones, but grown-ups can catch it too — especially those of us surrounded by tiny hands and cuddles! 💕
It usually clears up quickly, but it’s contagious, so lots of handwashing and a good toy clean helps keep everyone well.

Sending love to any poorly families — hope you’re all back to smiles and play soon! 🌼
