First full moon of 2023. Do you journal? Move your body? Sit in meditation? Step outside?... Howl? How will you be honouring Mama Moon tomorrow?✨🌝

Be patient, keep an open mind, trust karma, heal, focus on improving self (knowledge, health, wealth). Don’t worry what other people are doing. Always bring the focus back to yourself. This can be a powerful time of rebirth if you choose it. Initiate the energetic rebirthing process by calling upon the mother goddesses. Ask for their love and support as you go into the cosmic womb ready to transform and evolve.

Remember...it's still wintertime! The calenders have changed but we are still in hibernation mode!! Rest, cosiness, preservation, healing, gratitude, gentleness, reflection... Slooowwlllyyy poking a toe out to see what we might like to step into once we shimmy the cold out of our coats and face the sun again.
But, until then, I'll be putting the kettle on and demanding more hugs!🥰
