Baby Week Leeds is almost here!! An amazing week where Leeds showcases the best it has to offer for all things baby and toddler all at low cost or for free 🤩

And you can join Diddly Oms as part of it! Taking place at the beautiful come and try an hour of postnatal yoga to soothe tired muscles, rebuild and strengthen the body and give yourself time to recover from birth.

Friday 14th November 1.30-2.30, £2 per person as part of Baby Week UK
Suitable from approx 4 weeks postpartum depending on recovery. Babies welcome along too!

• mum of two living in Leeds
• created Diddly Oms in 2018 while in maternity leave with my second baby
• I’m also a piano teacher and have recently trained in Indian Head Massage.
•I love bright colours in my hair, reading and plants - can you ever have too many?
