There are two last minute places available for family yoga tomorrow - Saturday 10th Jan 10-11 at Central Methodist Church in Horsforth!

We'll be using techniques from restorative yoga to twist, bend and rest our bodies. But don't worry there will still be a lot of fun and silliness involved to keep everyone entertained!

Aimed at ages 3-10 but siblings are welcome too and suitable for all abilities 😊

What a wonderful way to start 2026 with the 10 year anniversary and open day for We Are Wellness

A day of free classes and therapies, brilliant people and the most amazing sound bath throughout the whole building to finish the celebration.

I’m so proud to be part of this team and to have been involved today. I can’t wait to get back to classes now this week. Looking forward to another year of yoga with you all 🥰

I’ve had an absolutely wonderful last class of the year with Just Bee - Wellbeing for Children for our school holidays yoga and wellbeing workshop 🥰
We’ve had a trip to the North Pole, played Santa yoga bingo, done the 12 Days of Christmas yoga poses, made Christmas decorations, made finger breathing snowman hands and eaten a lot of fruit - what a lot for one afternoon!

I’ve wanted to run holiday sessions for years so I’m very grateful to Nicola for being the person to help me get these up and running and for making them a lot of fun!

We’re back again with the next one in Feb half term on Monday 16th Feb from 1-4pm at West End Primary school in Horsforth. Ages 5-10. Get your children booked on if this sounds like their idea of a fun afternoon ☺️
