🔥🔥🔥PERSONAL BEST 🔥🔥🔥

This has been over a year in the making now.

When we got this machine (approx 12 months ago) I could barely manage 4 plates a side and I set the goal to be able to do 5 plates a side.

It’s took a lot longer than I hoped and there have been many “bad” hack squat days between.

The key

✅Consistency

✅Patience

✅Determination

This machine scares the life out of me (not as much anymore though) yet week in week out I still force myself to strap on my big boy pants and jump on for a ride.

Shying away from something because it scares you or your not good at it will not get great results.

You have to embrace it, face it head on and accept the challenge ahead.

The rewards are worth it 💪💪💪

Fat loss dieting is not a LIFE SENTENCE

It’s a period of time, maybe 3-6 months (depends on your staring position of course) where you eat in a calorie deficit in order to reach a point where you feel HAPPY then increase your calories to either maintenance or “gain” calories and focus on other goals.

Matthew has spent the last 10 weeks eating 3,000kcals a day. He is still 30lbs down which is only 3lbs off his lightest.

If you do it right not only will you get the RESULTS you DESIRE you will also get them whilst enjoying your life.

90% of people do NOT need to count macros to see great RESULTS

Understanding your entry level might be the difference to getting the results you desire.

A complete novice to the diet game most likely does not need to count macros to make progress on their goals.

Level 1: Start by cleaning up the foods you eat and consciously make better good choices.

Level 2: Understand portion control. Start reducing your normal portion size and learn what a sensible portion is for your goal.

Level 3: Calorie tracking: Now we are at the sweet spot. If I’m honest, not everybody needs to track to see great result (I don’t) but for most it will increase accountability and massively increase your chances of reaching your goals. Essentially it’s less guess work and a little more structure.

Level 4: Finally we have the elite tier of dieting. IMO it’s not for everyone but it will provide optimum results if you can get the right balance of carbs, protein and fats.

Ah the good old calorie fairy… the pesky bu**er that flys into your room in the middle of the night and feeds you calories without you knowing. Which ultimately stops you from making the progress you deserve.

Sound plausible??

Of course F # not.

Your lack of progress is probably because you are:

Mis tracking
👇
Not tracking at all
Or
Lying to yourself

I can help 👍

Number 1. Start by logging the foods you eat as you eat them.

Number 2. Only consume foods you either made yourself or you know/can scan the packet of not accurately know the calories you ate.

Number 3. Stop been a muppet and stop lying to yourself. By completely honest with the foods you eat, drinks your drink and how much of them you are having.

👆this way you get a true picture of how many calories you are actually eating and can manipulate the figure to get the results you want.

3 comparison ☝️

From the most out of shape I have ever been 👉 to the leanest I have ever been 👉 to what I think is the healthiest I’ve ever been.

Picture 1: I was 87kg and let’s be honest a little fat. Although it was for a reason (chasing a 140kg bench, which I didn’t get btw)

Picture 2: When I stepped on stage for the 2nd time. Bodyweight approx 70-71kg the leanest I have been. Never again as i don’t think it’s worth the amount of work and effort I had to put in.

Picture 3: Approx 76kg bodyweight (training from home actually due to been in lockdown) and the healthiest/happiest I feel about my health and fitness.

Well what’s the point of this post?

…. I don’t actually know 😂😂😂

It’s always nice to reflect, I’ve learned something from all of the 3 above.
