Kofoworola Abeni Pratt, a trailblazer to inspire healthcare workers worldwide. 🌍

Born in Nigeria, Pratt became the first black nurse to work in the NHS after completing her training at the prestigious Nightingale School of Nursing in 1946.

Her influence extended beyond the NHS – she later returned to Nigeria, becoming the country’s first Chief Nursing Officer and advocating for the development of nursing education.

Her pioneering work remains a powerful reminder of the importance of diversity and inclusion in healthcare. 🏥✨
