New online offering - Sheng Yoga is returning 😊

The change of seasons, even if somewhat delayed; is upon us. This time can be challenging for many and seemingly more so this year.

In order to break through, it is important that we embrace the fullness of it all and create the time for the practice of being.

You can either lean into them or run away, no matter what they are still going to occur. If you spend your life trying to avoid them, rather than adapt your world starts to shrink a little.

Hope you are having an incredible day. Missing you all greatly and am sincerely looking forward to being able to be in the same space and give you a big hug in the near future.
