This weekend was mind boggling but also exciting as I learned a new technique. This won’t replace my current technique (although I think you will all love it!) but it will be something I can add to my practice. I tried this 10 or so years ago but was put off by how complicated it all sounded 😬🙈

I hadn’t given it another thought until it was used on me by my Chiropractor last summer (for lower back pain that was particularly stubborn). It worked for me so I thought I owed SOT another chance! 😊

Pillow talk!! (Sorry not the sexy kind 😆)
Super duper important for your poor tired neck after a long days work! 🥱
