’I’ve had so many lovely comments lately about my energy and how well I’m looking — thank you 💕

The truth is, menopause really knocked me off balance for a while. My energy, sleep, and weight all changed — and I just didn’t feel like me.

I started reading Fast Like a Girl by Dr Mindy Pelz, and it completely changed how I think about fasting and hormones — especially for women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond.

It’s helped me understand how to fast in a way that supports my hormones, not fights them. I feel clearer, lighter, and more in tune with my body again 🌙✨
