I’m a Sports Rehabilitator, a university qualified professional trained to assess, diagnose, treat, and prevent injuries, especially in athletes and active individuals.
Over time, I’ve loved applying this knowledge to the general public as well. Because of my background and way of thinking, I tend to look at the body as a whole system. I believe that where you are mentally with your discomfort matters just as much as the physical side which is why I focus on helping you feel better within yourself and guiding you toward a clear way forward.
✨ Touch (manual therapy and massage) often plays a big role in this process.
Once we (you and I) can see a path forward, we focus on movement and exercise understanding why what you’ve tried so far may not have worked, and how to make your plan sustainable and realistic for the long term.
Sometimes, we’re managing chronic conditions, and that’s completely fine too. What’s most important is that we set realistic expectations and focus on what’s both effective and enjoyable for you.
Knowing two key things helps us build a strong foundation for injury prevention or symptom management:
1️⃣ How your body is currently behaving
2️⃣ What kind of movement/exercise feels sustainable for you
I usually work with clients for months, sometimes even years. We might meet at different points along the injury or discomfort spectrum. My goal is always for you to feel comfortable, relaxed, and heard during your treatment, and I genuinely welcome your preferences and feedback.
Because of my approach, every technique I use has a health focused purpose but I also use relaxation techniques strategically, to help the body respond and heal more effectively.
I always welcome questions, chats, suggestions, fears, and hesitations before we start working together. If you’d like to get in touch, please don’t hesitate, I’ll get back to you as soon as I can 💬
