Our Junior Doctors play a crucial role in supporting patient flow, leading the completion of an eDAN - electronic discharge advice note - for every in-patient.

✔ every patient understands any follow up actions and who is arranging them
✔ eDAN completed the day before discharge, or latest midday on the day of discharge
✔ time is made to step off ward rounds and complete eDAN responsibilities in good time
