I aim to provide quality holistic therapies for the body and mind. To restore natural state of balance and create sense of well being. "Everyone is important and deserves some TLC"

I offer a range of treatments which includes:
Swedish Massage
Reflexology
Sports Massage
Thai Hand & Foot Massage
Seated Massage
I also offer after care and stretching advice.

Not been on for a while, been a busy bee. Just at Phoenix Health and Wellbeing chilling out before my client turns up.
Laid on a bed with my phone researching injuries, ligaments and tendons for my Sports Level 4 course. Love studying so I can use my knowledge to help people. PS you don't have to be a sports person to receive a sports massage.
