Jim Mason Sports Massage THE muscle therapy and sports massage specialist. Whichever of these things applies to you, I can help!

Based in both North Leeds (Adel) and Leeds city centre (Park Square) I have a wealth of experience in treating muscular aches and pains, as well as providing an ongoing treatment program to my existing customers, many of which have been coming in routinely for several years. I have thousands of hours of experience under my belt and you will realise this when you first experience one of my treatments. I don’t like to over complicate things and I always get straight down to the business of working on your body without delay, simply because you are paying me for ‘hands on’ treatment, rather than confusing you with lots of science and detailed anatomical jargon, and this highly focused approach to your needs is why I have so many great testimonials from satisfied customers on my website, and the main reason that I get a lot of new customers on an ongoing basis from ‘Word of mouth’. Ultimately, you need to know what you will get from a sports massage and muscle therapy treatment with me, and the phrase that I have heard time and time again from my existing customers is, “It just seems to work for me in a way that other types of treatment have not”. As a result of this I have quite a wide and diverse range of customers who have busy jobs, busy gym/sports training activities, busy family life, or a combination of ALL of those things. Its very common to see people with a tight and aching back, neck and shoulders, which may be as a result of sitting at a desk all day, or just simply from being under pressure to be doing something all the time which will inevitably lead to stress and some uncomfortable aching muscles, just in the same way that prolonged and repeated exercise can cause some injury niggles and movement dysfunction. You may be aware that there are lots of different types of physical therapy treatments available – Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, and it is beneficial to have a multi-disciplined approach to your physical therapy care in a lot of cases, although you will find that a sports massage and muscle therapy treatment with me offers very good value for money, both in terms of the financial cost and more importantly the physical benefit you will gain as a result of the treatment. I have the following Qualifications
BA (Hons) Sports and Human Movement Studies – University of Wales
Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy
Member of the Sports Massage Association (MSMA)
