Blessed be this month is nearly over now. It had been a fast paced one. The ones with pains might have experienced heavily bounces of it.

Our bodies need to adjust right now. Particularly head and shoulder a well as lower back pains are indicating that there are some energetical shifts within self.

To assist this process you could try the following.

Take a seat. Do your grounding. Than start and sway your upper body slightly left to right. Drop your shoulders down and breathe deeply in your own pace.

Feel the weight and release.

This is so important for the whole picture, the collective energy.

Let's call it a different name

Inner house keeping

Think about it. How much are you effected by other peoples actions.....

It's also the other way round

Inner cleansing, healing, house keeping, self observation and self care or whatever you might want to call it, is essential for wellbeing.

And simply put we all are supporters, influencers (energetically) for each other, so we as beings can make a difference for ourself and other peoples daily experiences, by just looking after our body and minds (energy output into the collective).

We are not broken but influenced by our thoughts and thought resulting actions.

Our thoughts are stemming from what we deem to be right in that moment of time (believes).

Inner house cleansing means dusting out of the old cobwebs and energetically throwing out those believes which weren't ours in the first place or/and are hindering us to receive from and give loving energy to ourselves and the collective.

Tip: body aches and pains can be signs that your innerself needs a bit of your time πŸ’š

What is your source of joy?

Little insight (walked the talk myself).

For the ones of you who had to learn to act as a people pleaser (its a behavioral pattern and not you as a completely whole persona) as a survival technique.

It might happen that you experience feelings of guilt during your "joy time"

Let me share this is absolutely normal as joy has been/is classed as selfish and/or laziness.

Let me share this with you.

It is not selfish neither lazy but very necessary for to remain feeling relaxed and grounded, to make time for what ever might make you smile.

Your adapted inner shouting voice(s) will try and tell you different but all this is, this (these) part (s) of you wants to keep you safe and learned only this way to do this until now.

As daft as it sounds you can consciously work with this and teach them differently.

First step is to acknowledge the feeling of guilt Bring it fully to the surface and letting it be there rather as an observer, listening to your personal story why this (these) part (s) of you learned to believe that you need to be protected.

What did happen that you had to believe that taking care of yourself, having leisure, joy time etc isn't good, appropriate, safe etc.?

Asking yourself this question (repeatingly) and listen will help you to slowly step out of the learned pattern making you feel ........ (fill in your own words).


With more insight you can progress in losing what made you belief that joy is ........ (fill in your own words) and than slowly work on the inner change work.

Like I am right now learning to improve my skills in drawing

Guess what the lines can be erased when they went wrong onto the paper

For the brain it's called rewiring.

Nothing is written in stone

Your brain is like a canvas you can change its lines of thinking and change the inner wiring.

So let's use the act of drawing as a metaphor here

When you start using above "exercise" on a regularly basis you might notice that the lines are becoming more skilled and the old lines are fading away. Using the conscious rubber and becoming more aware of the shades and patterns you can learn to see where little twists and turns are needed to gain a clearer picture.
