The 5 Pillers of Primo Posture are:
- Posture, not just sitting up straight and pinning your shoulders back. The experience I’ve gained treating people with the same injuries for 16 years and real methods of preventing that.
- Wellness, this section for me is how to really give your mind and body what it needs but still live a realistic modern life. We can’t just sit and meditate our stress away but there are methods of navigating the stresses of life.
-Breathing exercises- People over look this and actually breath wrong which is why doing this properly helps structurally with posture and systemically to help stress.
- Foot health, our feet are the interface with the world and they are ignored a lot of the time. Simple tips for balance, and how to use your feet properly can have such a positive impact on the rest of the body.
- Light therapy, we see so much artificial light it can effect sleep patterns, mood and energy levels. Understanding the different frequencies of light can get our circadian rhythm beating the way it should.
