Hello guys,
As most of you who know me are aware I work tirelessly every single day. Therefore this year I have decided I will be taking a well needed break over christmas to recharge the batteries. My last available day in December will be monday the 22nd. To which I will be returning on the 5th of January very much raring to go and recharged (hopefully).

A bit of myofascial cupping today accompanying deep tissue massage and IASTM (Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation).

The benefits of cupping include
