If you’re anything like me, this time of year is SO busy... there’s always something to do 😅! Thankfully, on nights where I know there’s not much time to cook, the Slimming World food range has my back ❤️. Popping a ready-made meal (my favourite is this ‘marry me’ pasta 😉), into the microwave means I can stay on track without worrying about what I’m going to eat. Brilliant 🥳!

I Have heard from a couple of past members this week, saying they are coming back to group on Monday 🥳🥳

That really is the best and absolutely brilliant news, as they realised things were starting to get out of hand, but it also got me thinking, …..

I know some of you will be thinking about coming back in January, but if you were to come back now, you could be maybe a stone lighter for Christmas, you can have a great Christmas with Slimming World, I should know I have had several and enjoyed every single one!.

If this had just made your heart skip a beat because it was a little to close to home, and maybe the way you are feeling, then come on back Tomorrow and let’s get back into being in control again.

Had the pleasure of seeing this amazing inspirational woman at Slimming Worlds Woman of the Year Semi Finals where I went with one of my fabulous members.
Many congratulations 🥂👏🏼🤩

‘People ask me if I’ve used weight loss drugs or had surgery. I’m proud to say I did it with Slimming World’ 💖.

Make some noise for Claire! She lost a jaw-dropping 18st 7.5lbs (117.7kg) and is our Woman of the Year 2025 👑🌟!

At her heaviest, Claire felt at rock bottom. Her weight affected every part of her life, and though she longed to start a family she couldn’t conceive 💔. Hoping to lose enough weight to have IVF, Claire joined Slimming World – and just nine months later, she’d lost 8st 7.5lbs (54.2kg)… and conceived naturally!

Fast forward to now, and Claire has two gorgeous children and a healthy and happy future with them ahead 🤗.
