This post is for any members who are thinking of returning to group and maybe you’ve been meaning to return for a while.
And I know, because I'm a member too, some of you might be saying to yourself:

"I haven't been to group in ages. I couldn't go back now’’

“I have put weight back on, I can’t go back’’

‘’I have joined so many times now, I'm terrified about what everyone will think’’

"I'm so embarrassed to go back now"

"Julie has messaged me and I didn't reply"

These feelings are what keep us from achieving our dreams, they keep us away from group and away from all the support we need to succeed.

So please be reassured that in our Slimming World Groups, you will be welcomed back with warmth, care and respect 😊 MOST importantly there is no shame or humiliation. It’s time for your come back 💪🏻

Me and the group will be right here waiting for you, because we still care just as much as we always did 💖

You have been missed your smile, your stories, your energy. I know you never meant to stay away this long, life just gets busy and sometimes we put ourselves at the bottom of the list 💕 But I still remember the day you first walked through those doors nervous, maybe a little unsure, but full of hope and ready to change your life 🌟

You came because you wanted to feel lighter, not just on the scales but in your heart 💞 You wanted to love what you saw in the mirror, to feel comfortable in your clothes, to have more energy for the people you love and to finally feel proud of yourself again 💪
