Talking about su***de doesn’t cause someone to be suicidal. It reduces stigma and gives people an opportunity to seek help.

Touchstone continues training Here For You staff and others to become Life Assisting Care Givers that are ready, willing and able to support individuals with thoughts of su***de stay safe in the immediate moment, across Yorkshire.

This Sunday, August 31st, marks International Overdose Awareness Day, to raise awareness and reduce stigma of overdosing.

Many people struggle with negative thoughts and feelings and it is OK to talk about feeling this way.

Our Crisis Support Services are trained in supporting people through negative thoughts and feelings, including thoughts of self-harm and su***de.

You can reach out to us any day of the year for urgent face to face support.
