Sports massage is the manipulation of soft tissue to help reduce pain, restore movement, prevent injury and to maintain over all good physical health.
Whether you are a sports man or woman or someone with aches and pains due to everyday life sports massage can really help!

Injuries can occur during activities in everyday life when you move out of your normal range.
As a nation we spend too much time in a sitting position be that office work, driving or even watching television. Our muscles can become imbalanced causing muscle tightness and muscle pain.

Sports massage can help maintain athletic performance, increase recovery rate pre and post event or during treatment of an injury.
