A client came to see me yesterday who I could see was holding onto something that needed releasing.

She spoke about something that had happened recently and how it triggered an emotion.

We then begin to work through this emotion with Integral Eye Movement Therapy.

I could see in her eyes she was so close to releasing the tears and just needed to let it go.

I held space for her and gave her that permission to release.

The tears began to flow, the emotions were being released, which brought through new emotions.

I took her into Hypnotherapy to a place where she felt safe. I guided her to continue to release in many ways. I grounded her with Reiki and guided her through my words to support the process and empower her.

As the release was coming to an end, I could see the relief in her, through her facial expression, her body language and her energy.

We began to move into the positive energy.

We reinforced positive affirmations, gave them meaning and authority.

She embedded these words all the way down to cellular and DNA level.

These word became who she is.

We empowered them further with positive body language.

My client left a different person.

She left with joy, love, happiness, empowerment and WORTHY!

(None of this session was what I planned to do with her, but with years of experience working with clients in this way I can read and assess where we need to work and tailor a session on the spot to support them)

Sorry I haven't posted for a while on my page. I have just been so busy.

You can still book 1-1 session of Reiki (£70) or crystal Reiki (£88) with me and even my Bespoke Hypnotic Healing sessions. (DM for a discovery call)

Group classes the last one of the year is on Wed 17th Dec 10.30-12. £22.

My Spiritual Healing Subscription is next Wednesday online at 11pm. £22 a month

For the men out there. I often advice Andy man's club as it's a great space and there are so many friendly groups around. It's so important to have people to talk to. To offload and feel like your understood.

Yes it's a Sunday Morning and I am Sat in Leeds John Charles swimming pool.

My daughter swims competitively, which is one of the reasons I don't work evenings and weekends.

As well as my youngest being a keen football player playing grass roots football as well as for West Riding squad.

So yes as I am sporty my girls are too 💞

Which I love as I know how beneficial exercise is for our mind body and energetics.

Moving your body can release stuck energy even from past trauma.

So now you know why I only work 9am -3pm.

Of these times suit you, you know where I am.

🎄Reminder... Please spread the word... next Saturday 15th Nov Methley Light switch on and Christmas Market. 🎄

As well as the usual light switch on, this year I have brought 20 stall holders together at St Margarets Hall for festive shopping.

Please come down and support the small businesses, they really need you to come out.

Also note we are open 2-6pm (so an hour after the light switch on finishes at 5pm. We finish at 6pm.

Hot drinks and cakes will be served from the kitchen to raise money for the light switch on.

Come on,, let's make this a wonderful community event. 🎄
