Donations are open for this year’s Wear and Share Leeds Winter Coat Appeal.

Simply take your unwanted clothing to one of their donation locations and drop it off. All they ask is that it is clean, high quality, and has a working zip (if needed).

Sadly we too have seen a rise in people seeking acupuncture treatment for mental health issues such as anxiety, stress, burnout and low mood and depression. It’s actually work that we love as we see such positive results and we are always keen to welcome you into a safe space in which you feel you can be yourself, with no judgement. Clients often say that after a few sessions of acupuncture that they feel more like themselves again. The anxiety and overwhelm has dialled down or stopped completely, their mood has lifted and they notice they feel more present around others and more connected to the world around them.
Myself and Anne are no longer members of the British Acupuncture Association mentioned in the article. We are with The Association of Acupuncture Clinicians. Rach is a member of both regulatory bodies
