There are lots of simple ways to get involved. You can start by learning more and sharing trusted information from places like The Menopause Charity, Menopause Support, or Wellbeing of Women. Hosting a small “Menopause Café” or even a friendly chat over tea can help break the silence and make it easier for others to open up. If you’d like to make a difference, you can donate or fundraise for charities such as The Menopause Charity or Wellbeing of Women, which support vital research and awareness work. And if you or someone you know is struggling, don’t hesitate to speak with your GP or visit Rethink Mental Illness for emotional support and guidance.
