"I had shattered the footplate on my quickie carbon, I contacted Andrew their out and about salesman who advised me to ring Michelle at the office. To cut a long story short Michelle organised an appointment for me to meet up with Sean the engineer at Independence Mobility and 2 days later I had a new footplate fitted. Sean was waiting in the repair area when I arrived and told me to wait in the car while he took my chair and fitted the new one. 5 minutes later he was back with my chair, bringing it back and putting it back on the front seat for me.
I never go anywhere else for my mobility needs now because I don’t need to, these guys are always caring and so helpful, showing empathy all the way. If you need a new wheelchair or your current chair needs maintaining, just ring these guys, you won’t get better service anywhere I promise you.
Andrew, thank you for always being available. Michelle, thank you for listening and caring as always. Sean, you’re the rock star of wheelchair maintenance and always there when needed. Cheers Sean."
