We founded Comfizz over 25 years ago after a family member had stoma surgery. There have been many ups and downs along the way, both business and personal, which are unavoidable and part of life.. Earlier this year, I think we found the best stress buster ever - WILD SWIMMING. I used to be a complete sceptic, thinking it was crazy to go into cold water, but since our daughter persuaded us to give it a try, my husband & I now can't get enough cold swims (we've even been known to nip out of the office midday for a quick swim in our local nature reserve) It makes for a more productive afternoon!. Our son and daughter, who suffer from Crohn's, both find wild swimming soothes their pains, boosts their energy and helps with mental health too. If you've never tried wild swimming, then all I can say is to give it a go. Google 'wild swim spots near me' to find a suitable place.
