You can know anatomy… and still feel unsure what you’re seeing in front of you.
This October, we are hosting The Anatomy & Myofascial Movement Series with Gary Carter here at Chapel Allerton Pilates, a 10-weekend course designed to deepen how you understand, observe and work with the body in motion.
This isn’t about memorising muscles.
It’s about learning to see.
To recognise patterns.
To understand how fascia, breath, posture and movement are all connected.
And to make more informed, intelligent choices in how you teach.
Led by internationally respected fascia educator Gary Carter, this course blends theory with hands-on, experiential learning, giving you practical tools you can take straight into your teaching.
You’ll come away with:
– a deeper understanding of structural and functional anatomy
– the ability to observe and “read” bodies in movement and at rest
– greater confidence adapting for injury, imbalance and real-life complexity
– clearer, more effective teaching language
– a more embodied understanding of how the whole body works together
This course is for you if you are:
– a Pilates, Yoga or movement teacher
– in your final stages of teacher training
– a manual therapist with a movement practice
– ready to go beyond surface-level anatomy
What makes this course different is its depth.
It runs across 10 weekends, allowing time to properly integrate what you learn, not just understand it intellectually, but embody it.
If you’re ready to see your clients more clearly and teach with greater confidence, this is a powerful next step.
