And honestly, an hour to yourself might be exactly what you need.

We have a full timetable at Chapel Allerton Pilates across Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd May, with classes for every level from beginner through to experienced.

Saturday 2nd May - 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm
Reformer across all levels with Dee Reid

Sunday 3rd May - 9am and 11am Reformer, 10am Pilates Gym

Monday is a rest day for all and we're closed. We'll see you over the weekend.

You used to be active. And then suddenly everything felt uncertain.

Prenatal Reformer Pilates at our reformer Pilates studio in Leeds exists for exactly this moment.
A small, warm class on Tuesday evenings where you can build real strength, ease tension, and learn the pelvic floor and breathing techniques that genuinely support you through birth and beyond.

Taught by Sadie, a specialist-trained Polestar Pilates teacher and mum who has lived this herself.

No experience needed. All stages of pregnancy welcome. Maximum 8 in class, so you'll always feel seen.

Our founder Claire is one of only a handful of second generation Pilates teachers in the world, trained in the direct lineage of Joseph Pilates via Lo**ta San Miguel, one of only two people ever certified to teach the method by Pilates himself.

With 13 years of Pilates practice and a year of teaching, Amanda brings a thoughtful, nurturing approach to movement and wellbeing.

She discovered Pilates after having her four children, and it became a truly transformative practice.

Moving away from traditional gym environments, Amanda found something deeper. Pilates helped her reconnect with her body in a way that felt both empowering and meaningful.

After experiencing challenging postnatal recoveries, Pilates restored her trust in her body’s ability to heal, leaving her feeling stronger, more connected, and even bringing back a sense of lightness and energy in her everyday life.
